Shells / Starfish

On a recent visit to the coast, I photographed a selection of shells and starfish at Kidds Beach.
They come in all shapes and colours and the prettiest ones I found to be the very small ones.

I still have my selection of shells collected in S.Africa, many of which I recognise here. We never go to the beach now. It is only about an hours drive, but in the tourist season it can be a lot more and I do not like going in winter!! The crowds are horrible in summer!! Keep well Diane

Its always so interesting to explore rock pools. Always something interesting to see and find and ideal to do with kiddies.

hehe ... I have a bad habit of collecting shells when I'm at the coast then carting them home in a plastic bag ... months later I discover them again, smelly and all ...
