I thought it was a tipical mediterrannean insect...
Even if I live in the north of Italy,in the hottest summers they become common in my town too.

You are really good at spotting those hard to see insects. I probalby walk past things like that all the time and don't see them. Great photos!

We do have a wonderful diversity in the species Tom and it is probably because of the warm weather here.
