Spiny Leaf Beetle (Dicladispa)
Family Chrysomelidae
This one was tiny, about 4mm called a Spiny Leaf Beetle (Dicladispa) belonging to the Chrysomelidae family. The larvae are leaf miners and are well hidden within the leaves.
