Acrididae - Common Stick Grasshopper

To date I have only seen pictures of these and found them in either plain green or plain brown.

 This one with pink stripes is quite unusual and as always, I wonder if it is a new species or just a species which is not very common?

 This is about 4" in body length so is not a baby which might still change color.
