Catopsilia florella - African Migrant

The African Migrant is one of our biggest butterflies and as hard as I have tried, I cannot get a picture of it with the wings open.

 At the end of summer they migrate in huge numbers and feed on Acacia trees.

 Every winters day brings about spectacular sunsets.......
