Beautiful nursery
As you have probably noticed already, I love stolling through the nurseries to see what they have on display. They sometimes give one such great ideas for the garden and this place has very beautiful ones. I am going to let the pictures speak for themselves.

Roses 4
Today is officially the 1st of spring for us so I thought some beautiful roses would be the ideal thing to start off the season.

Potter Wasp (Afreumenes aethiopicus) Vespidae
The females build one-celled spherical mud pots resembling urns, with a lip around the entrance, attached to rock faces, buildings or trees. After completion and sealing, no more mud is applied and the lip left intact.

An old Airforce Museum
I took these at the airforce museum...nothing like being versitile in your choice of subjects to photograph LOL!!
1. A Cheetah
2. A Patterson bi-plane built 1911 two seater - wingspan 9.7m (27ft); Weight 340kg (740lbs); speed 80kmph (50mph); Power 50hp
3. A selection of Mirages
4. Lockheed Lodestar
5. Puma helicopter
While I was there, these were coming and going on the runway....I took them at a faster shutter speed and so was able to make the propellers look still and not have movement on them....
6.Harvard (not too brilliant a shot - in hindsight, I should have used the multiple image function then I would have had four images to choose from and not one LOL!!)
1. A Cheetah

Unusual Larva
I found this unusual larva crawling around and could not make out what it would become. It only has four feet in front and two extremely small ones at the back and seemed to drag it's back body along the ground with it. After doing some research I found it to belong to this Tapping Beetle which I posted a picture of a while back.
